Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. The role ensures the efficient flow of goods and materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and timely delivery to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.

Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.

Ensure optimal inventory levels to minimize costs and prevent shortages.

Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports for management.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
