Job Purpose
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. The role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full technology stack.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Build and maintain back-end services, APIs, and databases.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Perform application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or PHP.
