By completing the registration, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

بإتمام عملية التسجيل، يقرّ صاحب العضوية بأنه قد اطّلع على هذه الشروط والأحكام وفهمها ووافق عليها.
|
|
A membership registration that is incomplete or submitted without the required attachments will be considered void, and the applicant must reapply.
|

|
يُعدّ أي طلب تسجيل عضوية غير مكتمل أو مُقدَّم بدون المرفقات المطلوبة لاغيًا، ويلزم مقدّم الطلب إعادة التقديم.
|
|
All membership applications are subject to review and approval, which may take up to seven (7) working days.
|

|
تخضع جميع طلبات العضوية للمراجعة والتصديق، وقد تستغرق هذه العملية ما يصل إلى سبعة (7) أيام عمل.
|
|
Each membership registration covers one (1) vehicle plate only.
|

|
يشمل كل تسجيل عضوية لوحة مركبة واحدة (1) فقط.
|
|
The member is solely responsible for entering the parking area and parking their vehicle.
|

|
صاحب العضوية هو المسؤول الوحيد عن دخوله إلى منطقة المواقف وركن مركبته.
|
|
Each entity is allotted a limited number of permits that may be used simultaneously within the parking area.
|

|
يتوفر لدى كل جهة عدد محدود من التصاريح التي يمكن استخدامها في الوقت ذاته داخل منطقة المواقف.
|
|
Additional fees apply to any permits used beyond the agreed maximum.
|

|
تُفرض رسوم إضافية على أي تصاريح تُستخدم بعد تجاوز الحد الأقصى المتفق عليه.
|
|
The member is responsible for renewing their subscription at least five (5) days before it expires and for updating their information whenever it changes.
|

|
يلتزم صاحب العضوية بتجديد اشتراكه قبل انتهاء صلاحيته بخمسة (5) أيام على الأقل، وبتحديث بياناته عند حدوث أي تغيير.
|
|
Upon expiry of the membership without renewal, access to the parking area will be suspended until the subscription is renewed.
|

عند انتهاء صلاحية العضوية دون تجديد، يتم إيقاف صلاحية الدخول إلى منطقة المواقف إلى حين تجديد الاشتراك.
|
|
Membership and the associated permit are linked to the registered vehicle plate and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party.
|

ترتبط العضوية والتصريح الخاص بها بلوحة المركبة المسجّلة، ولا يجوز نقلهما أو بيعهما أو مشاركتهما مع أي طرف آخر.

|
Any fraudulent registration or misuse of the permit, including unauthorized sharing, will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.
|

يترتب على أي تسجيل احتيالي أو إساءة استخدام للتصريح، بما في ذلك المشاركة غير المصرّح بها، إلغاء العضوية فورًا دون استرداد أي مبالغ.
|
|
The member is responsible for any damage caused by their vehicle.
|

|
صاحب العضوية مسؤول عن أي ضرر تتسبب فيه مركبته.
|
|
Any vehicle parked outside the designated parking spaces or obstructing the flow of traffic will be subject to the applicable regulations and penalties.

|
تخضع أي مركبة تقف في غير الأماكن المخصصة لصف السيارات أو تعرقل حركة السير للأنظمة والعقوبات المعمول بها.
|
|
Traffic regulations apply 24 hours a day throughout the parking area.
|

|
أنظمة المرور سارية على مدار 24 ساعة داخل منطقة صف السيارات.
|
|
Woqoof is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any vehicle or its contents.
|

|
شركة وقوف غير مسؤولة عن أي فقدان، أو سرقة أو تلف لأي مركبة أو محتوياتها.
|
|
All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
|

|
جميع الأسعار شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة.
|
|
Subscriptions are non-refundable and may not be cancelled under any circumstances.
|

لا يُسمح بإلغاء الاشتراك أو استرداد قيمته لأي سبب من الأسباب.
|
|
The member consents to the collection and processing of their personal and vehicle data for the purposes of managing the membership, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

يوافق صاحب العضوية على جمع ومعالجة بياناته الشخصية وبيانات مركبته لأغراض إدارة العضوية، وذلك وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

|
Woqoof reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published through Woqoof’s official channels, including the QR code displayed on site, is the version in effect.

تحتفظ شركة وقوف بحقها في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، ويُعدّ الإصدار المنشور عبر قنوات الشركة الرسمية، بما في ذلك رمز الاستجابة السريعة QR المعروض في الموقع، هو النسخة السارية.

|
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of [City] shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسَّر وفقًا لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في [المدينة] بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
